Bleeeeh... okay, yes, I am VERY sick, and as a matter of fact, I did a Crazy Thing. I came home last night.

See, I was feeling more and more sick as time passed - nothing seemed to help, and by the time I was ready for bed, I could tell that I wouldn't be sleeping well. @_@ At all. And THEN, I realized something -

If I waited until today to come home, I'd be feeling reaaaaaaaaally not-good for the hour and a half drive, and the more I thought about that, the less wise it seemed. So finally, I decided it would be best to go home last night, rather than today.

I didn't get home until 3:30 - and I still don't regret this decision.

So, yup. Gonna rest today. ^^; Veeeeeeeeery glad I did what I did. ^^;

New chapter: Chapter Three of the Cumber Fic. It's ready to go. ^_^ Short, but I forgot that most of my DBZ chapters were short and I've tried to keep that consistent. Chapter 4 is on its way. ^_^ Enjoy!

Well, did it. Livejournal, I have. NO idea what I'm going to do with it yet, but... eh. I'll figure it out. ^_^ Thanks to Taira no Jen and April for sending me the codes (if anyone else did, I didn't get the email ^^;). I really appreciate it - you saved me a couple of bucks!:D

Nice nice. ^_^ I have vacation pictures!

This place is interesting; it's a little shabby, but RIGHT on the beach - location could't be better, and thus, I'm enjoying myself. ^_^

It's a lovely spot (even on a grey day), but there is one problem: there's nothing to do. I walked all over the place, and there seems to be only two options: fishing (1 2) and surfing ( 1).

Oh, and here's a random pelican. I tried to get another shot of him, but an idiot 12-year-old boy went," hey, there's a pelican!" and ran at the thing full-tilt - so... here's the only other shot of the pelican.

Shall explore more tomorrow. ^_^ Just wanted to give an update...

Dum de dum. Weeeeell I might be moving to a tagboard instead of yon comments link; I LIKE the comments link, but the problem is that enetation's server tends to hiccup too much. And I could move to another comment one, but I found that they tended to be even worse (no more YACCS for me, nosirree), soooo... tagboard it may be. ^_^

Okay, so vacation: Oceanside. Which is, surprisingly enough, right on the ocean; it should be really nice. Leaving this Sunday after our first anniversary service. Ooh, and since I know my folks don't read this blog, I can drop this fun little tidbit:

My folks have been (will have been, that is) married for 31 years come this Tuesday, and the congregation got together, snitched one of their wedding pictures, and had it put on a cake Baskin-Robbins style. I happen to think that's very sweet. ^_^

Of course, dad's diabetic so he can only just... LOOK at the thing, but eh, it's the thought that counts.

*eyes absurdly rambling post* I must needs do social blogging later. I have fallen behind, to my shame, etc. and so forth. ^^

...did I mention I love my new cell phone? :D :D :D
